This map provides a good amount of detail of what route they used for the slave trade. It shows how widely dispersed slaves where throughout the world. Slaves where being sent all over the world. When I think about slavery, I primarily think slaves were just being sent to the US, but this map shows how many different countries used slavery.
It is truly amazing to see how big the slave trade was. Slaves were being dispersed all around North America and South America in large numbers. When I first thought about slavery, I only thought of slaves in the United States, but after looking at this map you can clearly see that slavery was all over North and South America. Many different countries used slavery their labor force.
